Refund Options

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are directly activated on your Steam account, all sales are considered final upon successful completion of payment and activation. We cannot revoke access to an activated game, which makes returns inherently impossible.

Exceptions to the Policy

We may grant refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:

• You made a duplicate purchase of the identical game maliciously or by error.
• The game file is proven to be completely fundamentally broken or missing key executables (not hardware compatibility issues).
• The game has NOT yet been successfully activated on your Steam account (we track activation status).

How to Request a Refund

If your situation falls under the exceptions above, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page within 7 days of your purchase. Include your Order ID, the email address used for purchase, and a detailed explanation of why the refund is requested.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method used during checkout via Cashfree.
